Santo’s lied on the USDA meat inspection application and claimed no felonies, when in fact he is a felon, which is a criminal act that was IGNORED by our government. He was closed down by the USDA when slaughtering cattle for cruelty and environmental damage. The man can’t even run a cattle slaughter facility properly, which is much less difficult than slaughtering horses. Then the propaganda is spread that it is to save crippled, old, ill and starved horses, none of which are accepted in a USDA slaughter plant. Our horse meat is filled with toxins banned by our FDA and the EU market. We have NO right to ship toxic meat abroad and commit bio-terrorism upon innocent and unsuspecting people. This being allowed on our soil or our horses shipped out is a criminal act by our Nation. Time for the breeders and owners to be held accountable for their responsibilities that they freely chose to take on. My family takes care of 19 horses, it maybe that you go without your desires at times to hold those responsibilities, something lacking in today’s society.
